In order to help our homeowners understand the structure of the Board as well as recruit new Board members, we have prepared a summary of the roles and responsibilities of each Board position. The attached PDF outlines these roles.
If a homeowner is interested in participating the Board of Trustees, the election process is simple and is conducted in the fall of each year. Each year there are usually 1-2 open positions as the terms of Board members expire. If you are interested in learning more, we always welcome homeowners who wish to sit in our monthly Board meetings. They are the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:45 pm and are usually held at Bellasano's in their meeting room.
